EARLY YEARS LEADER ( REQUIRED FROM SEPTEMBER 2018 OR SOONER)

We are looking to appoint an experienced Early Years practitioner to lead the Early Years Foundation Stage. The successful candidate will work alongside the Leadership Team to drive improvements and raise the overall achievement of children.

We wish to appoint an excellent classroom teacher, with Early Years experience who will:
- Lead the Foundation Stage curriculum and assessment
- Be an excellent teaching role model
- Performance manage teaching assistants in the Early Years
- Have experience of raising standards across the Early Years
- Deliver a range of training to staff and parents
- Be an active member of the Senior Management Team
- Foster effective working relationships with a range of people
- Have an inclusive approach to teaching and learning
